SRI PRAMOD CHANDRA RATH is a renowned personality and a great visionary in the field of Technical region. As a strong disciplinarian, he has always craved to cherish a dream to uplift DRIEMS as one of the best educational campuses in the country. He has endeavored to make the ‘DRIEMS CAMPUS’ a guest for every scholars & elites. Truly ‘ DRIEMS’ has become the turning point far easy Engineering pursuant. As Chairman of DRIEMS, Mr. Rath is ever vigilant to maintain the dignity & integrity of the Institution. As an industrialist, Sri Rath has given a new shape to the horizon of the construction and building sectors. He has been awarded by several organizations and Institutions for his dedicated social work in different fields.

DIRECTOR POLYTECHNIC
Prof. P. R. MOHANTY, a Technical Icon has been associated with our Institute as Director. Prof Mohanty has served the Government of Odisha for 35 years and discharged his job as Principal in different Polytechnics like BOSE- Cuttack, ITT-Choudwar, BPFTTIO-Cuttack, UGMIT-Rayagada and Govt-Polytechnic, Jagatsinghpur for 12 Years most satisfactorily. He has been a notable administrator blended with a superb teaching experience. He has also served as the Deputy Director, DTE&T(SPIU), Odisha, Cuttack for 8 years during his service tenure. During his incumbency, he has attended many training programmes in Rourkela Steel Plant, NITTTR, NTTF, and Short Terms Training Programmes in various reputed govt. organizations and has associated with development and up gradation of many Labs, Workshops & been instrumental for opening new branches. His experience and achievement is quite remarkable. No doubt, the institute shall touch the highest level in the state during his association with the institute.

PRINCIPAL
Prof. Tapaswini Sahu, Principal of the Institute is an epitome of excellence, foresight and discipline. She has been graduated in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Dhaneswar Rath Institute of Engineering and Management Studies and obtained Master of Technology in Communication Engineering from ITER, SOA University. She is on the verge of completion of her Ph. D. at BPUT, Rourkela. She has been associated with this institution since 2005. She is a strong administratrix with ten years of teaching experience and five year of administrative experience. She has been taking care of multifarious roles with perfection for years. Her leading quality, academic pre-eminence are highly appreciable. She is a life Member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and The Institution of Engineers (IEI). She has published many International and National journals. Based on her performance she also received 4 nos of prestigious “INSTITUTION AWARDS” from IE (India). She is interested in developing personality skills among the students by encouraging a number of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. She also has attended and Participated in many FDP, STTP, International & National Conferences, Seminars, workshops and webinars, etc.
