IEI Students' Chapter

The Institution of Engineerings of (India) Students Chapter was established with 60nos of students under this Institution on dtd. 5th January -2022 and it will be enhanced to more numbers of interested students.

An IEI Student chapter was inaugurated on Dtd. 10 th February 2022 by the Esteemed Director of DRIEMS Polytechnic Prof. P.R.Mohanty, Virtually in the august presence of Prof. Tapaswini Sahoo, Principal, DRIEMS Polytechnic, All Hods, All Committee Members of IEI Society and all the Student members of Society.

IEI Student Chapter of DRIEMS Polytechnic Organized an online Competition on the eve of “MATRUBHASA DIVAS”from Dtd. 11 th February 2022 to 14 th February 2022 in virtual mode, where maximum numbers of society members were participated in different events like Odia Debate, Odia Essay, Odia Quiz, Painting & Solo Song to expose their talent.

Our college celebrated “MATRUBHASA DIVAS” by organizing a grand annual function in the Jayashree auditorium on Dtd.21st February, 2022. The programme started upon the arrival of the chief Guest, Guest of Honor, and other respected guests.

The chief guest and Guest of Honor delivered his inspiring speech which urged the students to do their best and bring honor to the college, their family and the country.

Then followed a number of dance, song and cultural performances which were beautifully presented by Polytechnic Students and entertained the audience.

At the end of the ceremony, an anchor announced the names of the competition winners. The chief guest & guest of honor of the ceremony distributed prizes to the winners. A memorable day came to an end, and the participants returned home with great joy.
