Er. Samata Mishra is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at DRIEMS Polytechnic. She holds an M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering from OUTR Bhubaneswar and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from CV Raman College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar. With four years of teaching and research experience, she specializes in geotechnical engineering, particularly soil mechanics and foundation engineering. Additionally, she has earned a Swayam NPTEL certification in Environmental Science and Engineering. She had contributed to research by authoring a paper titled "Comparative Study on Compressed Stabilised Earth Blocks (CSEB) using RHA and Gypsum." She is an active member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), the Institution of Engineers (IE), and the Robotics Club at DRIEMS Polytechnic.
